Mango ice cream recipe at home



Mango Ice Cream Recipe 


  • Ingredients:


Mango 1 kg 

Generally useful Cream 

Consolidated milk ( 1 can) 

  • procedure: 


Cut the mangoes. 

Transform it into cube shapes. 

Mix those 3/4 mango cube shapes. 

Blend generally useful cream and dense milk. 

Add the mixed mangoes to the blend. 

Move into a fixed compartment and freeze for the time being 




Mango lassi recipe at home




  • INGREDIENTS:



1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chopped very ripe mango (see how to peel and chop mango), frozen chopped mango, or a cup of canned mango pulp
4 teaspoons honey or sugar, more or less to taste
A dash of ground cardamom (optional)
Ice (optional)


  • procedure:


Put mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.

If you want a more milkshake consistency and it's a hot day, either blend in some ice as well or serves over ice cubes.

Sprinkle with a tiny pinch of ground cardamom to serve.

The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.




Mango shake recipe at home






  • INGREDIENTS:



1 cup mango, solid shape (new/solidified) 

1 tbsp sugar 

2 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt 

½ cup milk, chilled 

hardly any nuts, slashed 

  • PROCEDURE: 


right off the bat, in a blender take 1 cup aged mango. 

additionally include 1 tbsp sugar and 2 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt. 

mix smooth including ½ cup chilled milk.

  • INGREDIENTS:


6 large mangos or 5 cups (525 g) of mango chunks

4 cups (950 ml) of water or milk
3 tablespoons (36 g) of sugar, optional
1/2 cup (70 g) of ice cubes, optional

Mango cake recipe at home







INGREDIENTS

1 cup mango, cubes
¾ cup 180 grams of sugar
½ cup (120 ml) oil
1 tsp vinegar
½ tsp yellow food color
2 cup (280 grams) maida / plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup (60 ml) milk
FOR BAKING IN COOKER:
salt or sand

PROCEDURE:

  1. firstly, in a blender take 1 cup mango and ¾ cup sugar.
  2. blend to smooth puree dissolving sugar completely.
  3. transfer the mango puree into a large bowl.
  4. add ½ cup oil, 1 tsp vinegar, and ½ tsp yellow food color.
  5. using a whisk, mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  6. now place a sieve and add 2 cup maida, 1 tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda, and ¼ tsp salt.
  7. sieve the flour making sure there are no lumps.
  8. mix well using the cut and fold method.
  9. now add ¼ cup milk and mix until the batter is combined well.
  10. to prepare the cake in a pressure cooker add in 1½ cup of salt and close the lid of cooker without keeping the gasket and whistle. heat for 5 to 10 minutes. as a result, it gives a preheat oven atmosphere.
  11. now transfer the cake batter to a cake mold (dia: 7 inches, height: 4 inches). make sure to line a butter paper at the bottom to prevent sticking.
  12. and also tap twice to level up uniformly and remove any air bubbles if present.
  13. place the cake pan into a preheated cooker.
  14. cover and cook on a medium flame for 45 minutes. you can alternatively, preheat and bake at 180-degree celsius for 45 minutes.
  15. insert a toothpick and check if the cake has baked completely.
  16. cool the cake and then unmould the aam cake.
  17. finally, enjoy eggless mango cake as it is or decorates with frosting.
